Rebecca Frederick,  PsyD, MEd, BCBA-D Clinical Director

Dr. Frederick is a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree in education and a doctoral degree in clinical psychology. In addition, she earned her certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Prior to pursuing her doctorate in psychology, Dr. Frederick worked as a special educator with children on the autism spectrum. She employed techniques of Applied Behavior Analysis teaching academic and social pragmatic skills in the classrooms and the community. She also conducted parent training. Dr. Frederick completed postdoctoral training at McLean and Massachusetts General Hospitals, specializing in neuropsychological testing with a variety of neurodevelopmental disorders in both children and adults.

Dr. Frederick’s goal as a clinician is to help you learn the strategies and techniques you need to cope with whatever brings you to the office. She doesn’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, but rather tailors her methods to her clients’ needs. Primarily, she works with children, parents, couples, and individuals with anxiety, depression and behavioral issues. She also has extensive training in the areas of Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, giftedness, and ADHD.

Kyle Frederick
Director of  Applied Neuroscience and Professional Coaching Services

Kyle is an applied neuroscience specialist with over 20 years experience.  He works effectively with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, anger management issues, migraines, and post-concussion syndrome.  He also enjoys working with people looking to improve athletic performance, job performance, and decision making abilities.  Kyle uses neurofeedback, biofeedback and his training in mindfulness and professional coaching to assist his clients in reaching their emotional and physical goals.

His work has benefited greatly from his long term mentorship with Dr. Henry Mann. He has also had the fortune of learning from some of the country’s top minds in neuroscience, neuropsychology, and behavioral health.  Kyle has exposure to cutting-edge methods of functional neuroimaging and their use in research and clinical domains.

Kyle also focuses time on applying specific advances in effective and functional neuroimaging analysis to a clinical population as well as adding to existing normative human brain databases.  Additionally, he consults with small and medium sized private clinics and is involved with several non-profits.
